A few weeks ago, the Mancomunitat Cultural de la Marina Alta (MACMA) called a contest for illustrators to choose the design that would decorate the new headquarters, in Ondara. The good reception of the works, and the quality of the artists, has led this organization to propose a traveling exhibition of all of them.
This was decided last week, in a meeting with the artists and MACMA technicians. In this meeting it was agreed that the exhibition will be extended with works by artists and their resumes, with the aim of spreading their work on the tour that will begin next April.
The designs that were presented to the contest can be seen these days at the headquarters of the MACMA in Ondara, on Blasco Ibáñez street.
