Egino Weinert, sculptor and German goldsmith linked to Dénia from 60 years, died last September. During his stay in the city, he was closely linked to the Ermita de Sant Joan, which donated some of his creations as the altar table, a set of Stations of the Cross and the Cross is now contemplated in the sanctuary.
Tomorrow, 2 October, at 19: 45 hours, the Ermita de Sant Joan and the department of culture of Denia made a tribute to Egino with a Mass in his honor and an official ceremony in memory to be held in the Hermitage which he was so united.
