Denia playgrounds premiere these days new acquisitions that will allow disabled children to enjoy them like other small dianenses. And all thanks to a grant from the Foundation Dénia funds from the defunct Third Mil·lenni Dénia foundation, which has allowed the installation of a path of park street Via swing that is already available and gameplay elements adapted to promote inclusion that will be installed soon in other city parks.
These adapted games were a request from disabled groups in the city, and the generosity of the Foundation Dénia has allowed gradually become a reality with the aim that all the children play together, regardless of their abilities.
Councilor for Social Welfare, Cristina MoreraHe explained that the intention of the council is to expand this offer for people with disabilities "as much as possible"While the Mayor made an appeal to respect users of these parks since it is "very expensive facilities" designed for the enjoyment of all.
