Another year, the Casa de Andalucía Dénia brings together its partners and friends in one of the most massive events of the year: the pilgrimage in honor of the Virgen del Rocío. This weekend there will be events around this celebration with music, tastings and much devotion.
Friday June 12
21: 30 hours: Performance of dance groups of Dénia House Andalusia. Then rociera music with FJ EVENTS canito.
Saturday 13 June
12: 00 hours: Performance of the group of children flamenco Casa de Andalucía led by Professor Rebeca Carmona.
18: 00 hours: Concentration of carriages, wagons, horses, riders, Romeros and the general public in the vicinity of the headquarters.
18: 30 hours: Start of the route with the departure of the Virgin, singing of the Hail and release of pigeons. Once the horses, riders and carriages pass in front of Her, we will leave behind to accompany the Virgin on the following route: C/ Nou d'Octubre, Avd. Montgó, Plaza Jaime I, Paseo Saladar to the end, C/ Marqués de Campo, C/ Diana, C/ La Vía, Avda. de Alicante, Avda. Campo Torres, Camino del Cementerio, to the Scout base in Polygon Juyarco.
22: 00 hours: Tasting bread tomacat.
0: 00 hours: Sing the Salve Rociera. Then pray the Rosary.
00: 30 hours: Performance of the group Rociera seed Espartinas, Sevilla.
Dominican 14 June
11: 30 hours: Blessing and Imposition of the medals to the new pilgrims.
12: 00 hours: Celebration of Holy Mass sung by the group romeros Rociera seed, Espartinas, Sevilla. During the Mass, at the offertory, will be the traditional offering of flowers.
13: 00 hours: Wine of Honor for officials and guests.
17: 00 hours: Rociero baptize with water Guadiamar River, Quema (Aznalcázar, Seville).
20: 00 hours: Return of the Virgen del Rocio at the headquarters of the House of Andalusia.
