La Cremà arrived last night in the 11 districts of Dénia in an atmosphere filled with fire and the tears of the most passionate people, who did not want to put an end to the festivities. The Dianense sky was dressed in red to end the Fallas year.
La Cremà is the last tradition that takes place in the Fallas and, in it, the Fallas monuments on which work has been done throughout the year are burned. At 20:00 p.m. the flames began to light and traveled through the different faults of the city until ending, at 1:30 in the morning, with the Centro.
The event was experienced with enthusiasm among the falleros and visitors, despite some sad faces at the end of a cycle full of music, traditional costumes, festivities and color.
The mascletàs, the parades, the chocolate with churros and the floral offerings are left behind to begin the following Fallas year. Only the ashes remain of the 2024 Fallas in Dénia.
