The State Meteorological Agency has put the entire north coast of the province, Dénia included, on alert due to the high temperatures that are to come. It was already hot, but nothing compared to what is coming.
If the AEMET prediction is fulfilled, Dénia will reach 40º this weekend. It will be, without a doubt, the hottest day of 2022 so far.
That is why the yellow alert for high temperatures has been activated throughout the north coast of Alicante. The risk situation will include Friday afternoon, with temperatures of 36º, and Saturday, with 40º. On Sunday they would remain high, with highs of 37, falling to 35 throughout the first days of next week. A somewhat suffocating bridge.
