03 2016 April - 13: 19

The "Volta a Peu in Dénia"It happened with remarkable its premiere at the Circuit a Peu Marina Alta. Participants were delighted by the experience in the capital of the region. The course designed by the Athletics Club Balearia Dianium was beautiful, almost flat and was highly praised by athletes. The worst part of the evening was the strong wind that prevented better times might have attained.

Adri giving the victory to Kiket Rosello

The protagonists of the race were the young Kiket Rosello and Adrián Hadri since both were planted with a few meters ahead of Aitor Cabezas on goal Calle Marques de Campo. Holding hands made the final meters and in the same finish line, Hadri, gave the victoria a Roselló. A very sporting gesture was largely cheered by fans who were on goal. The time of the first two was 32: 58. Calpe's, Aitor Head was third and Víctor Fernández He came in fourth place, while the xabiero, Toni Soler was fifth.

This group of athletes set the pace during the race, took the lead from the outlet itself and were together until the last kilometer. A strong change of pace from Adrián Hadri could only be followed by Rosello, getting few meters ahead which earned them a goal to get together.

In women queen Circuit, Mª Isabel FerrerHe again demonstrated that it is the strongest in each race. Clearly he knew how to keep his head women's group and was gradually distancing themselves from their companions to score a victory in his broad palm. His time goal was 36: 31, the second place went to Karem Faus and the third to arrive was Andrea Abad.

Mª Isabel Ferrer crossing the finish line

To emphasize that many fans took to the streets and filled some parts of the route as were the street Marqués de Campo street harbor area and La Mar, at all times they showed their support for all participants.

The organization must improve the delivery of trophies, in the lower categories the children were very alone, since there was hardly any people in La Vía street. It could have been done in the finish area where there were many more people. In the delivery of the higher categories can not be delayed as much as there is danger that only a score of people are those who applaud the best in each category.
