On Wednesday next week, 25 May, will be a new Volunteer training day in Addictions to be held from 16 to 20 hours in La Seu d'Associacions.
The objective is to inform, guide and train those interested in carrying out some voluntary action in the prevention, assistance or intervention in the field of drug addiction. After the course, it will be decided in which public entity they can collaborate: if it is in the matter of prevention, it will cooperate in the development of awareness campaigns promoted by the UPCCA Dénia. In the care setting, it will be responsible for accompanying users in treatment for addictions to perform procedures and / or to go to specialized centers where they should go. Finally, those who work in the area of Insertion, will lend their support in activities and workshops that are carried out from Dénia AEPA Day Center.
