In February 2019 will begin in Jesús Pobre the remodeling of another of its streets, Pinaret street and the intersection with Diagonal street.
The project includes the repair of sidewalks, remodeling and sacking of tree pits, complete replacement of trees, new asphalting, execution of high pedestrian overpasses, recesses for the accessibility of functional diversity, and a roundabout in the junction of the street Diagonal.
This junction will allow regulate the residual traffic that is generated with the closure of the town square on weekends according to the project executed in these last 5 months. The work has a cost of 159.998,28 euros and will be financed entirely by the Diputación de Alicante.
This new action is added to the urban transformation already carried out with the town square and Luna Street, to provide services to the town of Jesus Pobre with a more residential character, and which will continue with the project of execution of rainwater in the urban area in 2019.
