Agents of the National Police have managed to identify, take a statement as investigated and cite for quick trial a man of Spanish nationality and 35 years, who allegedly assaulted a woman with a nudge when she was walking on the street.
The complainant appeared at the Dénia National Police Station and told the agents that while walking through a well-known square in that town, a man who had never seen and did not know anything, gave him a strong nudge in the right arm when you reach your height, all this without stopping to smile.
The victim had to be treated for minor injuries and subsequently received a physiotherapy session. The injured party indicated in her complaint that, although they had never met before, she could recognize him if she saw him again. The agents of the Dénia Police Station, after carrying out various investigations, managed to identify the alleged aggressor and summoned him to appear at the police offices, where agents of the Judicial Police Brigade were informed of the complaint and of rights as alleged perpetrator of a minor crime of injury.
Both people, denouncer and denounced, were summoned for the celebration of a Quick Trial to be held next August 6 in the courts of Dénia.
