The CDT of Valencia hosts this Thursday, 6 in September, the 12: 15 hours, the presentation of the second edition of D * na Festival Gastronomic of Dénia that the 29 and 30 of September will be held in Marineta Beach Cassiana.
The presentation will be attended by the regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, the mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt and the chef Quique Dacosta, gastronomic curator of the festival.
The D * na festival will bring together prestigious chefs such as Pepe Rodríguez, Oriol Castro and Elena Arzak, producers, artisans and other culinary professionals to discover and taste Mediterranean cuisine.
D * na is conceived as a meeting place open to the public in which to share innovation with traditional knowledge and analyze what Mediterranean culture means in today's cuisine, what it implies and what it can contribute to the rest of the gastronomic world.
