The swimmer, Héctor Tamayo, of the Dénia Swimming Club-Aquatic Marines, demonstrated his superiority in the “I Prebenjamín Swimming Festival", held in the pool of Calpe. There he managed to beat his best mark in the 50 free meters, with a time of 38.16.
In the 100 meters back where he left with the best time in his category, he could not lower his previous mark, but he managed to make a big test. He was third overall when he stopped the clock in 43.08.
This swim is one of the great promises that dianense swimming has, for sure, that in a few years its name will sound with great force at the national level.
The next competition that Héctor Tamayo will swim will be this Wednesday on the second day of the Costa Blanca Swimming League. Tamayo is the leader of the general prebenjamin classification. In this competition, swimmers from the three towns that make up L 'Aquàtic participate, separately, Dénia, Calpe and Benidorm and some clubs in the province of Alicante.
