Gelart presents the first red prawn ice cream in Dénia

The greatest ambassador of dianense cuisine deserved her own ice cream. A challenge that they have overcome, and with a note, in Gelart. The dianense ice cream shop has made Dénia's first red prawn ice cream, his particular tribute to "the queen of gastronomy of Dénia".

The Red Gamba ice cream from Dénia prepared by Gelart will be presented this weekend, during the celebration of the D * na Festival Gastronomic on the walk of the Marineta Cassiana in which the hoteliers will have their own stand from which they will announce this and other news of the season.

This creation joins the family of emblematic gastronomic ice creams such as raisins, tangerine or mistela, more than identifying flavors of the gastronomy of Dénia and the Marina Alta.
