It gives us great pleasure to tell you that last Saturday, exactly on September 29, the Falla Centro closed the ninth month of the year with a Dinner distinguished by only male attendance. The only women present were, as a cook, Angeles accompanied by an inimitable cast of waitresses who lead this fallero exercise. And the most prominent men of the night, apart of course from those who head the year, were Lorente and Quico Sentí that surprised everyone with a dream menu: oxtail, stewed octopus and dessert, fruit salad with pineapple reduction, exquisite no matter where you look.
They enjoyed it that night and prepared for Saturday lunch. The 1 day of October, first of the month and wanting to eat it all, those who wanted to share with us at noon could witness the 25 anniversary of the Secretary of the Falla, Marc Grimalt, who received one of the most emotional gifts that a child charge can imagine, from the hand of his parents, surprised him with the chosen ninots of his monument for a long time, as if they were newly molded. It was a surprise for him and everyone. From here we want to congratulate and announce to everyone that tomorrow is an important event for the failure and therefore, this Saturday we will not offer food to the house: on Friday 7 in October we will have a great celebration, the presentation and exaltation of our biggest faller Marta Tabernero, Which also want to congratulate in this space.
