A group of 39 Italian students dedicated a day to get to know the project "Denia&Marina Alta Tasting Life"and the activities related to the Creative City of Gastronomy of UNESCO. They did it first hand on a practical day held at the CdT of Dénia, where they had the opportunity to learn about the qualities of traditional and innovative cuisine of the region.
Students visited the offices of CdT and actively participated in a session show-cooking. It, along with teachers and school pupils, could assist in the preparation of a rice tasted band later.
Youth, 16 18 to years, from the Liceo Classico Properzio city of Assisi, they participate in a program teaching Spanish language and culture that is developed through the TLC Language School Dénia Mari Carmen who runs Timor.
These are groups that alternate the learning of a language with the knowledge of the working world. The program, which is being imposed with great success in the institutes of Italy, requires for the degree of students to participate in an experience known as "school-work".
Along with his companions and teachers of the academy Dianense teachers attended the explanations, helped with audiovisual material, which were given from the Office of Innovation and Creativity.
The group also visited these days the wineries of Xaló and took part in some work cleaning the paths of Pego.
