Last weekend was held at the Puerto Deportivo Marina de Denia el VI Festival MascotetesA traditional meeting for families and pet lovers in Denia and surroundings. According to director Marina de Denia, Gabriel Martínez, "This is an event that surprises us edition after edition, since it always arouses great social interest".
The 6th Mascotetes Festival kicked off on Saturday with the Mascotetes Contest in which dogs of different races and in different categories participated, entertained with live music and with exhibitions of Fitness Can Trust. Proceeds from the contest is intended for protective participants in the event.
On Sunday, another contest was held in this case organized by the Royal Canine Society of Alicante, attended by members and animal lovers. In addition, two exhibitions were held Agility Biar (With dogs nationally recognized), along with members of the public, who gathered most of those attending the festival.
During the two days that the festival lasted, the little ones enjoyed car rides, castle inflatable, biscuit workshop and storytelling with dogs, in which respect and coexistence with dogs was highlighted.
