Miquel Soler, regional secretary of Education, today visited the vaccination point for the staff of the educational centers of the Marina Alta, installed in the Juventud de Dénia building. Soler has been accompanied on the visit by the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, and the councilors of Education, Melani Ivars, and Health, Javier Scotto.
The autonomic secretary has emphasized that the process of vaccination of the educational personnel began yesterday in the Valencian Community "it's going great", with agility and shortening waiting times, therefore "We are all very happy and grateful to the health personnel."
The regional secretary has stressed that the joint work of the town councils, the health and education ministries and the management staff of the centers "It allows us to demonstrate that we have sufficient capacity to give a response in conditions to the whole population".
In the four scheduled days of vaccination, on March 26, 27 and 31 and April 1, there are around 150.000 people summoned who work in the educational centers of the Valencian Community. About 4.200 will be vaccinated in the Marina Alta.
Miquel Soler has highlighted the good organization of the vaccination point established in Dénia and has advanced that the organization for the second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine to the teaching community, scheduled for June, will be similar to that of this first, seeking Do it on the weekend so as not to alter the normal operation of the course.
