The Department of Youth of Dénia has carried out a new initiative for the prevention of addictive behaviors in young people through an attractive cultural proposal for the youngest. On this occasion, the musical production addicted. Drugs, Addictions and other games that kill, from the company Inefable Producciones, to second and third year ESO students from educational centers in the city and to the Basic Qualification Training Programs of Creama-Dénia. The work was presented at the House of Culture during the days 14, 21, 22 and 23 of March.
In a total of 8 performances, the cast of the company, Amín Sáez (director, creator and dancer), Iván Aledo (assistant director and dancer) and Karina Van Boeschoten (dancer and singer), dealt with the issue of addictions in a musical full of hip-hop, rap and dance, where it is intended to connect with youth to prevent from alcoholism to gambling, drug use or obsession with social networks.
Under the supervision of the psychologist Maissa Palú, the plot of this musical work wants to educate and raise awareness about the importance of present decisions in our future, which forge character and personality at such an early age. In addition, this proposal has had the collaboration of the Salom Sabar Foundation.
