The Dénia Hospital no longer has COVID patients admitted

No COVID patients in the Hospital de Dénia. This is the situation in which the Hospital de la Marina Alta, as commented by the manager of the Dénia Health Department, Luis Carretero. Undoubtedly, this is more than positive data, after learning that the accumulated incidence in the region is well below the New Normality limit, specifically at 15,82 infections per 100.000 inhabitants.

Carretero has pointed out that in recent months, "the Hospital has oscillated between zero, one or two, the number of patients admitted for coronavirus", an important fact that was noted when the vaccination process began, the manager has indicated.

And it is that vaccination in the Marina Alta is going at a good pace. Currently, as reported by Luis Carretero, a total of 120.000 vaccines have been inoculated. Likewise, a total of 47.000 people in the region are already immunized when they receive the complete schedule of the vaccine.

Carretero has also indicated that the vaccination campaign is adapted weekly to the number of doses that arrive at the Department of Health.
