The Official Gazette of Valencia has announced the suspension agreed in the plenary session held in the city of Dénia last 2 September following the completion of the necessary studies and preparation of the legally required documents for drafting the new licenses General plan Dénia.
All types of procedures and granting of all types of segregation, subdivision, building, demolition and activity licenses are suspended, as well as programming agreements, in the affected areas, among which are the PRI Rotes Montgó, residential in Les Deveses or the PRI of Bosc de Diana.
