After ten years of close collaboration, Club Rem Dénia and Marina and Resort Marina de Denia, have reached an agreement for the club to be renamed, Club Rem Marina de Dénia. A change of denomination that comes accompanied by the change of image in the logo of the club that now has incorporated the name of Marina de Dénia.
In addition to the presentation of the new image, it was opened to the media that the club facilities is available at Marina de Denia. A gym that comes in handy to complete the preparation of the three teams that has the club. Paddlers appreciate the assignment of this place especially in winter.
Marina Dénia president, Gabriel Martínez noted that "It has been a nice touch to include our name. I think for ten years we have taken a path full of satisfaction placing the name of Dénia very high. Now a new stage that is sure to be marked by many successes opens".
Miguel Camarena, president of Club Rem Marina de Denia, commented that "much of the successes we have had are thanks to the support here has given us all this time. With the new much larger facility'm sure everything will be easier to remain among the top teams in Valencia".
Camarena said that "the big news this season is that the next race of the Mare de Deu's going to move to the Marineta Casiana. From Marina de Dénia you can see with all the amenities, besides not having to be aware of the ferry traffic".
Michel Lettelier, athletic responsible for the club said that "have a base here has allowed us to prepare our teams maximum Veterans, Veterans and Youth for the start of the Suma Valencià Llaüt League starting this Sunday in Oliva".
