El Public Health Center Denia - Marina Alta, located in the Jaume I square, hosts the technical conference on Thursday afternoon Local markets: Retrieving traditional forms of marketing.
The event, aimed at producers, handicrafts, sanitary developers, local authorities, traders, consumers, and all those interested in local markets, will start at 16 hours with the official opening. To do so they will have the presence of Ana María García García, Director General of Public Health, who will accompany Pasqual Martí Miralles, Director of Public Health Dénia-Marina Alta, and the mayor of Xaló, Joan Miquel Garcés.
Then the talks will take place, which will be divided into two tables: the first will deal with the proximity sale and the second on the food safety of the products marketed in short distribution channels, for which they will have experts in the local markets.
It is expected that around 19: 15 hours the day be closed.
