The CDL warned this week that if the Transitional General Plan is not extended in one more extension, it would be the sixth, Dénia would return to the 1972 General Plan. If this were to occur, they announce, "a great legal insecurity would be created" that would bring several complaints to the Dianense consistory.
As a consequence, the request and granting of construction licenses would be open to building in green areas cataloged as such at present but classified as urban in the 72, as well as that the coasts could demarcate 100 meters in all the ground that in the 72 was not urban.
Pepa Font disproves it go back to the old General Plan

For that reason, he added, the suspension of these licenses with the Department is already being consulted.
