During yesterday afternoon, Dénia was filled with color and joy with the celebration of the Carnival 2024, organized by the Department of Festivals of the Dénia City Council. Under the theme Building a better world, the event sought to highlight values such as environmental protection, sustainability and world peace.
The festival, which began at 17:00 p.m., was characterized by its decentralization, once again giving prominence to the París Pedrera neighborhood. The parade, which began at 17:30 p.m. from La Vía Street, toured the city center, passing through streets such as Quevedo, Arxiduc Carles Square and Patricio Ferrándiz, ending on Sagunt Street. A day that, although the rain forced it to be shortened, finally established the celebration in the neighborhood.
