City Council sanctions Pavasal by dumping the remains of algae on undeveloped land

Being in opposition, the PSOE already warned that Pavasal, the company in charge of cleaning the beaches de Dénia, dumped the remains of algae collected on the beaches on a plot of land that could not be developed.

This week the Local Police found that in the area of ​​the Palmar, 25 polygon, 40 plot, there was a spill from the operational base of the company. It is for this reason that the City Council has initiated a disciplinary action against the company for the dumping of leachates from the collection of algae on non-developable land.

The City Council have taken precautionary measures to ensure the effectiveness of the final resolution and put an end to the harmful effects of infringing activity measures. These measures required the dealership to remove all algae that is accumulated in the plot within 5 days.

Although in this case does not constitute a crime, the facts described could constitute an administrative offense, considering administrative violations discharges liable to deteriorate the quality of groundwater.
