The Department of Inclusive Policies of the Dénia City Council has organized a new edition of the family and work conciliation project "Vacations for everyone" for Easter. The initiative, in which the Departments of Youth, Education, Sports and Culture also collaborate, through the Libraries area, seeks to offer an alternative for leisure and free time for children and adolescents from 3 to 16 years old during the Easter holidays. The organized activities are co-educational and develop values related to socialization, participation and cooperation, also helping to promote culture and sports; At the same time, they help families to reconcile work and family life.
The camps will take place on April 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 in different locations according to the age ranges of the participants. The total number of places offered is 205. Registration is free and can be formalized from March 11 to 13.
The “We all count” campus offers workshops, music, games, crafts and other activities for children from 3 to 10 years old. Participants will be divided into two different spaces according to age. Children from 3 to 5 years old will carry out the activities at the Cervantes public school facilities (60 places available) and those from 6 to 10 years old will do so at the Rafael Chirbes reading agency at the Casa de Cultura (60 places available). The activity hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.
Registration for this campus can be done only online, filling out the form that will be active on March 11, 12 and 13 at this link. The admission of participants will be done in the order in which applications are received until the places are filled.
For young people between 11 and 16 years old, two campuses have been organized at the Youth facilities (Ronda Murallas, 42). One with an environmental and sports theme, with sports activities on the beach, kayaking, SUP and workshops on sustainability and healthy eating, among others, with 30 places available.
The other offer is a robotics and art campus, with 25 places offered, in which participants will get closer to the world of robotics, drones, artificial intelligence, and will also practice 3D modeling or creating graffiti.
Registration for these two campuses must be done at the Juventud Dénia offices (Ronda Murallas, 42), from March 11 to 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. More information can be obtained by calling 692 168 789.
Finally, the municipal offer for the Easter holidays is completed with the Entrepreneurial Campus, organized by the Department of Youth through the School for Young Entrepreneurs (Eje). It is aimed at young people from 14 to 18 years old and will be held in the Ronda Murallas Youth space, from April 2 to 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. Registration must be done through this link or the QR code attached to the activity poster.
The celebration of the "Vacation for all" campuses for Easter 2024 is part of the actions developed by the Dénia City Council following the lines of the Co-Responsible plan of the Ministry of Equality of the Government of Spain.

In addition to the free campuses organized by the Dénia City Council, different clubs and sports entities in the city have scheduled activities for these Holy Week and Easter holidays.
