On Wednesday March 21, in the afternoon, a new day of blood donation will be held in Dénia, in this case in the multipurpose room of the Health Center of Mestre Cardona Street. You can donate from 17: 00 to 20: 30 hours.
The requirements to be able to donate are to have more than 18 years or less of 65; weigh more than 50 kilos and carry an identification document. It is also recommended not to go on an empty stomach and, before the donation, drink more than usual.
It should be remembered that you can donate every two months up to a maximum of 4 times a year for men and 3 times a year for women.
