Next May, Dénia will host the closing of the European GPS.Comenius project that is coordinating the school Paidos since 2013. Next to Dianense school project partners are four schools in Germany, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
This project's main objective is to sensitize students, teachers and school community of European cultural and natural heritage and linguistic diversity, showing other cultures and lifestyles and promoting, in any case, the European dimension.
Through the Geocaching -Location of 'treasures' from geographic coordinates using the GPS- students discover the five European centers, virtual and physical way, the cultural and historical heritage around us.
During this week the project organizers have met with the mayor, Ana KringeAnd the Councilor for Education, Pepa SiveraTo coordinate the activities of decommissioning, including an official reception for participants in the town hall.
