The Plenary of the City Council of Dénia will approve in the extraordinary session scheduled for Monday, July 16, the transfer to the Department of Justice, Interior and Public Administrations of a land of 870,86 m² for the expansion of the Palace of Justice of Dénia, through the external lawsuit mutation procedure (in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of Law 14/2003 of the Valencian Community).
With this procedure, the consistory complies with the request for the transfer of the property located at Calle del 9 de Octubre, number 5, which was made by the Department on February 25.
These lands annexed to the Palace of Justice were the initial site for the construction of a building for the new police station of the National Police of Dénia, which will finally be built in a part of the municipally owned plot of Avenida de Miguel Hernández, numbers 14 and 16, which is also adjacent to Avenida de Europa and Calle de Mira-rosa.
