Condemned to the Curb wins an Adapted Sport scholarship endowed with 3.000 euros

The work of the association Condemned to Curb with people with functional diversity has been recognized with an adapted sports scholarship valued at 3.000 euros that grants the Álex Foundation, entity whose main objective is to promote projects linked to sports and the integration of people with different abilities.

As every year, a select jury with personalities linked to the world of sport, in which Luis Figo, Raúl González Blanco, Jorge Lorenzo, Juan Mata, Josef Ajram, Marc Márquez and Carles Puyol, among others, have been commissioned. to select the beneficiaries of the 8 scholarships of 3.000 euros each.

Condemned to the Bordillo has obtained this scholarship thanks to his project We are able, the Municipal School of Adapted Sports of the City of Dénia. This school began operating in the 2010 year as a Municipal School and currently has more than 70 participants among adults, youth and children.

Any person with functional diversity participates in the project, regardless of their abilities, age or sex. In fact, one of the main characteristics of the Municipal School of Adapted Sports is its character totally open to all profiles of functional diversity. The fundamental objective of the project is to ensure that people with functional diversity can enjoy the benefits of sports and physical exercise.

Contributions such as the Álex Foundation allow the school to grow with its users.
