Christina Mallett was the winner of the "Race II Dona" Denia

Athlete Christina Mallett of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium was the winner of the "Dona Race II"Denia. Since the start of the test, Mallett took the pace of the trial and could only be followed by his club mate, young Laura Jiménez.

In the meridian of the race, Mallett rose a little more rhythm and left his companion. He entered clearly highlighted in the finish line installed in the Calle Marques de Campo. The second place went to Laura Jiménez and the third was Aina Fornés, so the podium of the general classification was taken by the athletes of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium.

The call was important, in fact, the total turnout was 950 participants between modes of runners and walkers. the number of the first edition 700 was clearly exceeded and this is very positive.

Before the beginning of the test, the component of the Matria Association, Susi Mentford addressed a few words to all the participants in which they encourage them to stop gender violence, one of the most important blights that Spanish society has in these times.

The delivery of trophies was attended by the Councilor for Sports Dianense, Marián Tamarit which was responsible for getting the trophies to the winners of each category.
