Prenatal song that teaches the Dénia Department of Health helps avoid caesareans

A few months ago, and thanks to the collaboration of the Musical Agrupació, the Dénia Department of Health began teaching prenatal singing with Henar Delgado.

Prenatal singing is a method accompanying childbirth, through voice helps improve posture, breathing and muscle tone. The class begins by performing percussions on the body of the pregnant. Are taps on his face and back of the mother, using her knuckles. The sounds that cause percussions are perceived by the fetus and help mother and son relax. Expectant mothers also learn the combined movement of the pelvis and legs to cuddle the baby while singing.

Since its inception, it has been found that this practice provides excellent results, since a 80% of babies head was placed above have turned before delivery, avoiding caesarean sections.

Services

Prenatal singing helps improve posture and correct breathing, promotes body awareness and muscle toning. Improves communication enters the mother and baby, and for pregnant women is a natural analgesic, promotes dilation, concentration and relaxation.
