Students CDT kitchen Denia Marina Alta represent the fair Gastrónoma Valencia

An important representation of the students of the cooking course of the CDT of Dénia come to participate recently in the gastronomy fair Gastrónoma, the great event of the gastronomy of the Valencian Community that has been celebrated in Valencia.

Participation of students in the Dianense center is part of the Network of Centers of Tourism, CdT, the Generalitat Valenciana. Several centers throughout the Region participated preparing recipes typical of each area in several cooking show.

In the case of central Denia students they developed an octopus stew and two rice Derivatives Thereof a honey octopus rice and dry rice.

The fair was opened by the Regional Secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, along with the President of Gastrónoma, Carlos Mataix.

Gastrónoma 2015 has become a gastronomic event where students CdT Network have been able to meet and collaborate in all elaborations and advice of the great chefs of gastronomy as well as presenting the most exclusive products.
