May 26 from 2022 - 13: 24

The Civil Guard has arrested a Dénia resident with more than five kilos of cocaine in his vehicle. He was transporting them inside when he was intercepted at a checkpoint in Badajoz.

The arrest took place in the early hours of Tuesday. At the control, the agents stopped a vehicle that came from the south of the peninsula. The occupant, a resident of Dénia, was very nervous while they identified him. The agents, in addition, were able to verify that he had a criminal record.

All of this set off alarm bells. The agents suspected that he might have something hidden inside, which they found out after finding four packages of cocaine in a false bottom of the floor. In total, the content weighed 5,2 kilograms, which represents some 24.600 doses on the market. This came from the south of the peninsula, as the agents found out, and was destined for sale in Madrid.

Upon finding said stash, the Civil Guard arrested the Dianense driver, denouncing him for a crime against public health. The proceedings and the detainee were placed at the disposition of the Zafra Investigating Court, which ordered his admission to prison without bail for an alleged crime of drug trafficking.

This is just a grain of sand that there are really drugs of all kinds everywhere, people of all classes and professions are involved without exception, unfortunately it is the decline of youth in these times, I hope justice penalizes it with the utmost rigor. ,
