May 05 from 2017 - 15: 11

Hardest hit by the storm area Marineta Beach Cassiana, near the south jetty, recently received input from a 700 tons of sand. The work carried out resulting in the elevation of the elevation in the area where water stagnates thanks to the surplus that accumulates in port area where the beach comes from Cagarritar by the wind.

20 April last received permission to remove the excess sand from this area by the Generalitat Valenciana after the suggestion made by the Provincial Coastal Service of Alicante.

Successive actions have been implemented to address the adverse effects of the recent storms. Posidonia barrier left on the beach all winter to stop the regression of the coast helped to increase the sand in the area. However, the storms in December and January 2016 2017 did emerge submerged sand bar, sand-occluding algae, due to lack of oxygen caused odors and gas fumes.

Given this problem insanitary, enhanced by the removal of the barrier Posidonia last 1 April, it was considered necessary, first, extract the material originated malodors to subsequently increase the dimension in the area by providing sand in order to avoid the puddle that had formed.

The shit,… What an ugly name. Reset tip, it doesn't say anything but hey… On the other hand, the smell of the submarine emissary at the tip of the gauge backs off. I don't know how they built an urbanization there. Couldn't something be done with that installation of the very old municipal slaughterhouse later converted into an underwater outlet? Could you inform about the emissary, distance, water control, etc,… ..?
Where do the "waters" go, north or south? Is that the reason why there are so many jellyfish in that area at about 200 meters? Is it treated sewage
Of Denia or of more localities ?. Thanks in case someone can contribute something.
