Yesterday afternoon, after 8 days of cycling, arrived at Dénia Gilles, Franck, Raphael and Andre, four French cycling professionals who embarked on the adventure of solidarity to travel the 1.370 kilometers that separate Cholet de Dénia to raise money for to the association Condemned to Curb.

Around the 19 hours they made their triumphal entry into C / La Vía, accompanied by members of the Association, amateur cyclists and professionals who were waiting for them at the Parque de les Bassetes, and members of Frank Benyto Runners, who joined in the last kilometer to the rest of the expedition.

The Councilor for Sports was waiting for them on the stage of C / La Vía. Pepa Font, the Councilor for International Relations, Horst Glöde, members of the Association Condemned to curb and hundreds of people who received them with warm applause.

Frank, one of the members of the expedition, took the floor to thank the City Councils of Dénia and Cholet for their collaboration, as well as the collaborating companies -all of them French- and their families, for having supported them in this adventure. Frank handed over to Willy, of the Association Condemned to curb, of a check worth 4.000 euros, and the receiver could only give thanks to excited applause to all the people who have collaborated and collaborated with them, and above all to the four intrepid ones who contacted them to organize this event.

Condemned to curb He was born in 2001, although his strong presence in Dénia comes from 2007. The creation in 2009 of the School of Adapted Sports was a great incentive for them, and currently form the 60 Association children with physical and mental disabilities and more than 120 volunteers.
