Woodward criticizes delays in the opening of centers for people with disabilities in the Marina Alta

August 18 from 2018 - 07: 59

The regional deputy, Toni Woodward, of Citizens (Cs) in Les Corts Valencianes has assured that, "the vice president of the Consell, Monica Oltra, has turned the province of Alicante into the black hole of centers for people with disabilities".

In particular, he thus referred to the facilities that should have been built in the Marina Alta and the Lower Navy, "two promises for the year 2017 and two more breaches by the Councilor for Equality and Inclusive Policies", Explained Woodward.

As the deputy explained, "the center of Day for people with functional diversity of the Xara, in Dénia, is completely finished since last September, and almost a year later, nobody understands why it does not start up".

On the other hand, Woodward has criticized "the delay in the adjudication of the facilities for chronic mental patients in Benidorm", because the different processes in hiring "are leading to unjust enrichment, which leads to thinking what interests are behind all this and who may be benefiting".

"Botanic parties have spent years criticizing the previous management, which was already deficient, but in three years at the helm of the Consell, neglect and lack of coordination remains a common practice"Said the parliamentarian."And, meanwhile, the injured continue to be the thousands of residents of these two districts, of whom Oltra completely disregards"He concluded.

But eixe is not the citizens' council that is going to manipulate the distance from Dénia in order to increase the amount of money for displacement? S'atrevix to talk about "unjust enrichment"? Little shame Citizens.
