The second edition of the musical show was held in the auditorium of the Dénia Social Center SexualiZarte, produced by the company Producciones Inefable and organized by the Department of Youth. The event, aimed at young people between 13 and 16 years old, took place on Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16, repeating the success obtained the previous year.
The target audience, made up of 3rd and 4th year ESO students from public institutes such as IES Sorts del Mar, IES María Ibars and IES Chabàs, as well as young people from different modules of CREAMA and the JOOP program, responded massively, with a total attendance of 700 people.
The musical SexualiZarte artistically and educationally addresses the issue of sexuality in the lives of young people, focusing on safe, healthy and respectful relationships. Through theater, music and dance, the play explores topics such as prevention, equality and respect, promoting deep reflection on these fundamental aspects in the lives of adolescents.
After the presentation, a colloquium was held where real cases related to sexuality were discussed and young people were invited to reflect on the content of the work. The Youth Councilor, Valentine Alcalà, expressed his satisfaction with the success of the event, highlighting the importance of using theater as a tool to educate about healthy, safe and respectful sexual relationships for young Dianenses.
