A second phase projected felling pine specimens 137 Castle

The Local Government Board of Dénia has approved this week the budget that will be used for the second phase of felling and felling of pines in the castle from Denia. This phase contemplates the felling of a total of 137 specimens that will be added to the 129 pines that were felled in the first phase that is currently concluding.

This time will be eliminated, as a priority, the pines that are affecting the ruins of the medieval church of the Vila Vella and those that prevent the display of the Castle from Diana streets, Cándida Carbonell and Pont, in the south of the monument .

The approved budget amounts to a total of 20.830,15 euros, and the work will be carried out by the Dianense company Mezquida, also in charge of the first phase of logging.
