A guide will help the maintenance Dénia Hermitage Pare Pere

The Local Agenda 21 coordinated with the publication of a guide emblematic of Dénia chosen and described by Franciscan Father Enrique Oltra, custodian Pare Pere Hermitage 1983 since.

The Guide Dénia from Pare Pere 36 shows places in the city through the eyes of Father Oltra, born in Carcaixent but a great lover of Dénia, as he said yesterday during the presentation of the guide: this publication is "a consequence of my love, passion and gratitude towards this city , which captivates its beauty, its tolerance and its openness to the sea ".

En Dénia from Pare Pere the reader will find descriptions by Father Oltra of emblematic places such as the castle, the Montgo, the hermitages, the port, museums, civil architecture, monuments and sculptures, their stories about famous people from Dénia, the beginnings of the labor movement, public welfare institutions, the local economy or short excursions. It also includes a location map of the places described and a QR code to facilitate their location.

The guide will go on sale at midnight 28 next June, coinciding with the Mass to be held in the chapel of Pare Pere on the occasion of the feast of San Pedro. The sale price is € 5 and benefits, once covered the costs, will go to improvements in signaling access to the chapel of Pare Pere and maintenance of the sanctuary.
