Under the program Family Excursions, last Sunday a hiking route was carried out through the interior of the Marina Alta, in the term of Castell de Castells.
A total of 26 people participated in the excursion, which began walking along a bridle path until arriving at the place of the Font d'Espelda, where there are examples of large holm oaks. The tour continued along a track and a new path until reaching the Pla de Petracos, where the group could contemplate the shelters where there are cave paintings. The tour ended with a picnic lunch in Benigembla.
