After the success obtained last year in holding a Halloween terrifying in the tunnel castle, the Department of Youth that directs Cristina Morera bet the same format and many new to this edition, Monday night will be held October 31.
This year again the tunnel will charge a special role, becoming the main attraction of the festival of death in Dénia. And it will do two times that will distinguish two types of audience: younger and their families in the afternoon and evening adult audience.
Thus, at 17: 00 hours tunnel of terror will open its doors until 20: 00 hours to scare the younger audience, which in closed groups enter the path to encounter terrifying creatures and beyond willing to show what is truly scary Halloween. Participants may queue in the Plaza del Consell and Diana Street until 19: 30 hours to ensure that everyone can participate in the activity.
In the 22: 00 hours the tunnel will reopen its doors to welcome over 14 years in a new, more iterative and terrifying journey with a lovely atmosphere. The adult public can participate in this activity until 1 in the morning, and as with the smaller, the tail will close half an hour before the end of the activity.
But the tunnel is not the only proposal terrifying Halloween celebration in Dénia 2016: The visit will be completed with a tour of several streets of Les Roques in which scary scenes as a cemetery in the district will be prepared. Thus, both younger and adult audiences, will tunnel down the street Trinitat Santíssima toward the stairs, then to the Salt Street, a stretch of Calle San Francisco; Street Hospital and finally, the slope of Mother Amparo, next to City Hall will access back to the Plaza del Consell.
In both shifts, Plaza del Consell will feature animation and music that will adapt to the type of audience participants ages.
In total 35 people participate in this activity among actors, volunteers and organizers, who hope to exceed the 3.000 visits that this event had in its first edition last year.
Youth Councilor, Cristina Morera, remember that Monday 31 October, in order to prepare the activity, the tunnel will be closed to the public at 12 noon, while the streets of Les Roques by elapses activity will have restrictions to traffic from 16: 00 hours.
