After five years paralyzed, the urbanization «La siesta» could be finished

In 2002 the construction works of the urbanization "La Siesta" began. At that time no one suspected that, ten years later, the work would not be finished. In March of this year we knew a favorable ruling to the municipality of Dénia for which it was allowed to execute a guarantee of 1.200.000 euros to finalize the urbanization of the homes of "La Siesta", valued at 500.000 euros.

Last week the endorsement was finally effective, thanks to which the consistory will proceed to urbanize the streets and install lampposts before the end of the year.

Since 2002, the neighbors have not been able to formalize their light and water contracts and have not been able to obtain first occupancy license.
