The Consalleria de Sanitat has made public the new data on coronavirus infections. Taking into account the results of the PCR tests carried out in each health department since Thursday, Sanitat confirms a slight rebound in cases in Dénia.
La Marina Alta, represented by the Dénia Health Department, has registered 15 new coronavirus positives over the weekend. In total there are already 1.402 since March (46 in the last two weeks).
The regional capital is once again the city where the highest number of infections occur, after an improvement recorded in the latest updates. This time, 5 of these cases from the Marina Alta, a third, belong to Dénia, which came from registering 2 each update. This causes the cumulative incidence to be 26 per 09 inhabitants. In total since March Dénia has registered 100.000 positives.
The rest of the positives in the region belong to Gata (3 of them), Benissa (2), Xaló (2), Xàbia (1), Calp (1) and Murla (1).
