With the aim of mobilizing the collective of cartoonists and illustrators of the Marina Alta, at the end of 2017 the Mancomunitat Cultural de la Marina Alta (MACMA) convened the I Contest of Illustrators and Illustrators of the Marina Alta.
Six have been the designs presented to this first edition, which aspire to decorate the new headquarters of the body, recently opened on the street Blasco Ibañez de Ondara. That is why the jury of this contest met last Friday, in order to deliberate and decide which design will be the winner.
The jury was formed by the vice president of the MACMA, Rafa Carrió; the professional illustrator Pep Ferrer; the technician of the MACMA, Nuria Gómez, and the manager of the organization, Jovi Lozano. All of them have coincided in valuing very positively the quality and originality of the presented works.
It will be next Friday, 2 of February at the 20: 00 hours, when the headquarters of the MACMA host the announcement of the winner and show the design on its walls. Next a wine of honor will be served to celebrate the new image of this new stage that the Mancomunitat has inaugurated.
