The Official Bulletin of the Province has published that the plenary session of the municipality of Dénia, in session of the 30 of October of the 2014, revoked the delegation of attributions in favor of the Local Government Board. That is to say, that the doubts remain clear, after the pertinent certification that the secretary of the own city council sent. All the agreements that were taken in that plenary session are totally legal.
From that moment, there are agreements that in the last two meetings of the governing board can be invalid since they must happen by plenary session for its approval.
Some of the opposition parties intend to review very carefully the minutes where some projects were approved, such as the urbanization of the port front. Since they are contrary to that agreement.
