The falleras majors of Dénia, Amparo Petrie and Neus Suárez, have known this Friday to those who will be in charge of their respective exaltations, the days 21 and 23 of September. It was in València during an informal lunch where they had the opportunity to meet and share their concerns with them.
The exaltation of Amparo Petrie will be borne by Ramón Estellés, current secretary of the Central Junta Fallera de València, while the exaltation of Neus Suárez will be carried out by Clara María Parejo, Valencia's oldest child faller 2017.
Estellés belongs to the Falla Pere Cabanes-Joan XXIII, where he has served as president for three years. He has also held the positions of secretary, vice president and cultural delegate, and has authored the llibret on several occasions
Ramón Estellés has collaborated in numerous publications and llibrets falleros, and is the author of the research project on the reconstruction of the 1937 and 1943 fallas censuses. In the year 2014 received the Gegant Award granted by the presidents of the Federació de Falles Benicalap-Campanar, and in 2018, the Taronja Award delivered by his colleagues from the Central Fallera Board.
Clara María Parejo was named child faller of Valencia in a special year for the failures, the year in which they were declared intangible heritage of humanity by UNESCO.
Clara María Parejo has been a faller since she was born to the Vicente Lleó Sappers commission, of which her grandfather was a founding member and which this year celebrates her 75 anniversary.
