The three Michelin stars chef based in Dénia, Quique Dacosta, continues to bet on innovation and creativity in its culinary proposals, which have earned it numerous international awards so far, positioning the name of the city of Dénia next to its own and becoming one of the great ambassadors of the capital of the Marina Alta worldwide.

Now, thanks to Porcelanosa Kitchens, Dacosta has premiered at his restaurant in Dénia a new space that merges creativity and cuisine, and where the chef develops the research process for the preparation of each of their dishes.

This project arises from the chef will set up a unique and innovative space under his restaurant three Michelin stars. "We have created a versatile kitchen: the most futuristic space when the doors are closed, the most practical kitchen when all the doors are open and the table closest to the chef"Says Dacosta.

The spatial idea of ​​a gastronomic concept: Dacosta landscapes. Mesa, ceilings and walls merge to make disappear the boundaries between space, functionality and decoration.
