The Dianense cuisine has always been one of the strongest points of the city, and now in addition to being going to show it.
"Fresh produce, mejar sà" is the new campaign to promote local food and shopping in the municipal market, and its main action will be recording local recipes prepared by local restaurateurs and chefs of Benito, La Seu, El Pegolí, Octavio's, Peix i restaurants Brases, La Naviera, The Marine, the Raset Group and Quique Dacosta.
The recordings, which will be distributed at fairs to attend Dénia, also screened at the Municipal Market with tourist, cultural and promotional videos for the city.
