11 October 2022 - 10: 03

The episode of heavy rain that started last night in the region of La Marina Alta It has already left the first streets cut off in Dénia due to the accumulation of water. Early this Tuesday, access to traffic was cut off in the guitar area, in the Marineta Casiana.

Around 11:00 a.m., the Dénia Local Police reported the reopening of this road as the level of accumulated water had dropped considerably.

For today, the yellow alert from the State Meteorological Agency is still active due to the probability of accumulation of 40 liters per square meter in one hour and 60 liters in 12 hours.

According to the data offered by AVAMET, the Valencian Association of Meteorology, Dénia has registered, until 10:30 am on Tuesday, 30 liters in Jesús Pobre and 27 in the Montgó area.
